This Privacy Policy describes how Posted. (operated by Geetanjali Rathore, reachable at [email protected]) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Posted. app on iOS. By using Posted., you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

Information We Collect

When you create an account or use Posted., we collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your email address and a unique user identifier, stored in Supabase to authenticate you and maintain your account.
• Posting activity: the dates and times you log a post, your streak count, weekly scores, and consistency metrics you generate inside the app.
• Profile information: your chosen display name, Instagram handle, and niche selection you provide during onboarding.
• Subscription information: records of any in-app purchases or subscription status processed through Apple's StoreKit. Posted. does not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Device and technical data: basic device type, operating system version, and app version collected to operate the service reliably.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and maintain your account and authenticate you securely.
• To calculate and display your streaks, weekly scores, consistency ratings, and leaderboard rankings.
• To personalise coaching prompts, caption suggestions, and weekly reports to your niche and posting history.
• To process and validate your subscription status via StoreKit.
• To send optional push notifications reminding you to check in (only if you grant notification permission).
• To respond to your support requests and communicate important service updates.
• To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Posted.

Product And Technical Data

Posted. uses Supabase as its backend infrastructure. Your account data, streak logs, and profile information are stored in Supabase-hosted databases. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes data in accordance with their own privacy and security commitments. We do not currently use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising networks. Basic technical information such as device type and OS version may be collected solely for app stability and compatibility purposes.
